The ego to always be right, or the need because you are most senior, or because you sit in a corner and don’t want to say anything.
Your ego can either hurt or help you. It is what was developed inside of us over many years of ups and downs. However, if everyone can learn to put their ego aside and do what’s in the best interest of all parties involved, life and business can take a much different direction.
